Our two static caravans are set within their own enclosed gravel and lawn area housing a table and chairs perfect for relaxing on a summers evening. Views across the Peckforton and Bickerton Hills provide a wonderful backdrop whilst in the adjacent paddock our young cattle can be seen grazing and resting.
Each home has the same facilities however the layout is slightly different in each.
Caravan One consists of a living area with TV / DVD Player, a large comfortable seating area, and wall units containing reading books and tourist information. The dining area has built in comfortable seating with a freestanding dining table that can seat up to 6 people. It has a built in kitchen that offers a gas hob, gas oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Crockery, cutlery, and utensils can be found in the spacious cupboards and drawers.
The caravan has a separate toilet with hand basin, and a shower room ideal for families to ensure the toilet is available whilst people use the shower room. The shower has a large deep tray with a seat so is perfect for bathing young children or for people who find showering difficult.
To the rear of the caravan the bedrooms can be found. There is a double bedroom with built in wardrobe, dressing table, drawers and overhead storage cupboards and 2 single rooms housing a single bed, fitted single wardrobe with drawers and overhead storage. Both single rooms have space to place a travel cot if required.
A travel cot and high chair can be provided free of charge when available, please enquire at time of booking.
Caravan Two comprises of the same living accommodation as Caravan One however the bathroom is one room with shower, toilet, and hand basin, and the kitchen is separated from the bedrooms by an internal door (it can also be separated from the living area by a sliding curtain).
All bed linen is supplied in both caravans and beds will be fully made for your arrival so you can settle in as soon as you arrive. Towels are not provided.
In the warmer months, the gas fire located in the living areas is ample to heat the home should it be necessary, whilst the gas boiler provides a constant supply of hot water. Gas supply is included in the basic price of hire. During the winter months however there is no central heating in the caravans but electric heaters can be supplied. The cost during winter does not include electricity however the basic rate is lower to reflect this.
