Prices are based on upto 4 adults or 2 adults 2 children, and include  electric and gas

A supplement of £5 per extra person per night applies.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BED AND BREAKFAST

  • Prices are per person per night and include full English breakfast.
  • Rooms are available after 3.30pm and must be vacated on day of departure by 10am. If you would like to arrive earlier we can arrange to store your baggage until your room is available. Also if you need your room after 10am on day of departure please contact us in adavance and we will be happy to try and accommodate.
  • A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.
  • The balance must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to arrival.
  • In the event of a cancellation fees are non refundable however, we will do our best to re let the  room and then return the amount paid minus the deposit.
  • Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival need to be paid in full at time of booking.
  • Any damages caused by guests must be paid for before departure.
  • Pets are the sole responsibility of the owner.
  • All bedrooms and guests areas within the farmhouse are strictly non smoking.
  • Cars using our car park facilities are left at owners risk.

HOLIDAY HOMES

  • Homes are available from 3.30pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure.
  • All provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 1 week until a deposit has been recieved.
  • A non refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking.
  • Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday. Failure to send payment will result in your holiday being cancelled and re advertised. We will not be responsible for deposits lost due to late payment.
  • In the event of a cancellation, fees are non refundable. We will however do our best to re let the holiday home and then return the amount paid minus the deposit.
  • Guests are responsible for the homes and are expected to take all resonable care of it. The guest is also required to report and pay for any damages, loss, or breakages, to accommodation or equipment/facilities on site.
  • The accommodation and its contents / site equipment, and all utensils must be left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the hire period.
  • In some cases pets are welcome, however this must be by prior arrangement and they are the sole responsibility of the owner. If they are accepted it is on a strict understanding that they are kept under control, exercised off the premises, are clean, up to date with flea prevention treatment, and are not permitted in the bedrooms, or on the furniture. All excrement must be removed from the gardens / grounds. Under no circumstances must pets be left unaccompanied within the property. Occasionally a further security deposit is required for pets and any deductions will be made if extra cleaning is required caused by the pet or if any 'mess' is left in the gardens / grounds.
